Shipping Coverage Orders are shipped within Malaysia & Singapore only. We do not ship to P.O. Box address.

We provide free delivery for all your purchases within Malaysia and purchases of at least RM300.00 will enjoy free delivery to Singapore.
Refund/Returns
There is no cash refund for item(s) purchased. We will undertake to exchange products which:
i. Contain manufacturer’s defects; ii. Not as per product specification as identified in the website; iii. Damaged during delivery
Any complaints regarding the above will have to be emailed to hello@uptrend2u.net and returned to Uptrend Network within 7 working days upon receipt of the items. Any delay will not be entertained. Returns will only be done for an item(s) with its tag intact, clean, unmarked, not abused and unassembled in their original packaging. Requests for exchange of items, which do not meet our conditions may be declined.
The buyer will have to bear the cost of shipping the item back to us.
